I respectfully submit this application to kindly request a posting adjustment


concerning my recent appointment as an English Lecturer (BPS-17) under Offer Letter No.,
with Merit No. 02. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and remain fully committed to
serving the department with dedication and professionalism.

I have been posted to Government Degree College, Ratodero, Larkana Division. However, I
reside in Village Malhi, Taluka Lakhi, District Shikarpur, which is approximately 60 kilometers
away. The considerable distance and the associated travel challenges pose a significant
difficulty in maintaining a balanced and effective work routine.

In light of the above, I earnestly request your kind consideration for my transfer to a college
closer to my residence. The following institutions are within a feasible commute and would
greatly enhance my ability to perform my duties effectively:

1. Government Boys degree college sukkur

2. Government Islamia College sukkur

3. Government C&S college Shikarpur

A posting at any of the aforementioned institutions would not only ease my daily commute
but also enable me to contribute more productively to the academic environment. I assure
