Clarification on Teacher Training Information at Flipper International School

[Addis Ababa, February 12, 2025] – Following the email shared with teachers regarding the upcoming training
scheduled for June, we have noticed a training point that is not aligned with Flipper International School in
Ethiopia.

ADvTECH International respects the laws and culture of Ethiopia. As a multinational organization operating
across the continent, respect underpins our values.

Please note that the referenced training will not take place in Ethiopia.

The ADvTECH Group offers a wide range of courses to up skill, professionally develop and support our
educators. Demands for certain types of support differ across regions and we will continue to strive to ensure that
support aligns with the relevant country's legal and cultural context.

Mr. Willem van Zyl, General Manager, International Business Development, has had discussion with members of
the PTA to address all relevant concerns.

We appreciate the trust and support of our stakeholders as we continue to uphold the highest standards in
education. We are delighted that we have begun working closely with the newly elected PTA members for
Flipper’s betterment.
