Capabilities:

Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics,


Computer Science, Economics, or related).

3+ years in a data analyst, business analyst, or statistical analysis role.

Advanced working knowledge of Python Libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Pyspark, Matplotlib,


Scikit Learn), SQL RDBMS (Postgresql, SQL Server), and SQL Dialects (T-SQL,
Postgresql).

Proven experience in building models, performing analysis, and generating


reports/dashboards for stakeholders.

Expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI (Good at DAX,


understanding of M-Query), Tableau, Qliksense, or Looker (lookML, good to have),
and business intelligence reporting.

Familiarity with machine learning techniques (knowledge of basic ML techniques like


regression, clustering, and other supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms)
in Python.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including Kimbal Architecture


and database and query optimization techniques.

Strong understanding of Data Engineering methodologies and hands on experience


working on ELT and ETL pipelines.

Ability to generate ad-hoc queries, perform in-depth research, and develop


automation solutions for reporting.

Skilled in handling large data sets and performing gap analysis to streamline
reporting processes.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational


skills.

Exceptional communication skills, able to convey insights and reports to executive


leadership and clients effectively.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity, and balance


competing priorities.

Project management skills are an added advantage.

Key Results:

Convert complex data into meaningful insights, driving strategic opportunities and
improving decision-making.
Develop and maintain accurate reports and dashboards, highlighting performance
metrics for leadership and clients.
Provide monthly validations of program performance, track promotion effectiveness,
and assess ROI.
Conduct gap analysis and identify data-driven enhancements to optimize existing
programs.
Prepare executive presentations and business reviews, enabling leadership to make
informed business decisions based on key metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Oracle certifications in WMS or related modules are highly desirable.
