Good day!

As the MAPEH coach of the Sineliksik team, I would like to formally request that the
following students (please see the list by grade level attached herewith) be excused from their
classes on February 17, 18, and 19, 2025.

This will allow them to participate in whole-day practice sessions in preparation for the
upcoming Sineliksik contest scheduled on February 20, 2025. Due to the limited time left
before the competition, these practice days are essential for finalizing their performance.

We appreciate your understanding and support for our students' participation in this event,
which not only enhances their talents but also brings pride to our school.
