1. Reporting time of the students at school is 7:30 a.m.

2. School bus facility will be available but in case of break down due to mechanical defects or the illness of driver, Parents/Guardians are requested to make their own conveyance
arrangements for the children during the examination days.
3. Once a child fails to appear at any subject, he/she will not be allowed to appear at the examination again.
4. The dates of the examination may be changed if any holiday or rainy day falls in between the examination schedule.
5. The postponed examination, if any, will be held after the scheduled examinations are over.
6. All the dues must be cleared before Exams.
7. All students are instructed to take their admit cards before 10.02.2025 after clearing all dues.
8. All the candidates are instructed to reach their examination room before 7:45 am.
9. Students must bring their admit cards to secure their entry in the examination hall.
10. Result declaration and P.T.M. will be held on 23 March 2025 from 8.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. Guardians are cordially invited to come on this date with their wards.
11. Regular classes will resume from 01.04.2025.
