MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: -

1. That the above mentioned case is pending before this


Hon’ble Court and is fixed for today.

2. That the accused namely RISHABH ROHATGI S/o


AMIT ROHATGI R/o flat no.___ E-Pocket Dilshad
Garden, Delhi is not able to appear due to his ill health
as he is suffering from diarrhoea and high fever and also
today is fixed for the doctor’s appointment, is unable to
appear before this Hon’ble Court today i.e. on
27/09/2024.

3. That the absence of the accused is neither intentional


nor deliberate but due to the abovesaid reason. It is,
therefore, prayed that the accused may be exempted
from his personal appearance for today.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE ACCUSED


SHALL AS IN DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY.
