Hi Adrian,

I’m going to spend a week in Italy with my family in June. I’m so excited! We’re going by airplane, then
by train when we arrive there. I want to ride a gondola, it look really cool but it was very expensive for a

hike. My mother wants to sunbathe and my father just want to read his book while sipping on his wine.

Nasi lemak is a fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. It is
the national dish of Malaysia. The rice is accompanied with sambal, fried
anchovies, fried peanuts and boiled egg. There are also other elaborate
dishes to accompany it such as beef rendang, sambal kerrang and fried
squids. It is typically wrapped or serve in banana leaves. It is a popular
breakfast meal but can be consumed at any time of the day.

Roti canai is an Indian flatbread dish found in several countries in Southeast

Asia. The best roti canai is found in Malaysia. It is made from dough which
composed of ghee, flour and water. It is served with dal or curry, but can
also be cooked with sweet or savoury variations with a variety of ingredients
such as meat, eggs, cheese, banana and sardines. It is a popular breakfast
and snack dish.

Congee is a Chinese rice porridge made by boiling rice in a large amount of

water until the rice softens. Congee typically served with side dishes or can
be topped with meat, fish and pickled vegetables. It is eaten primarily as a
breakfast or late supper, and suitable for sick as an easily digestible food.
