The High-Level committee constituted by the Govemment


of Gujarat will be conducting an
inspection at the Parul University campus. In view ofthis,
the folowing cofleges wiII remain
operational on Sunday, March 9, 2025: pIET, pIT, ppl, PIET (DS), pIP, pIpR,
SOp, IpS,
PIPER, PIET (MBA), PIMR, prET (MCA), PIHMCT, pIAR (Arch.)
AII students, teaching, and non-teaching staff of the aforementioned institutes are
required to report to their respective institutions on this day.

Transport Arrangements
The Transport Department is requested to ensure that appropriate
transport arrangements are
made for staff and students (abovesaid colleges) who avail of university
transportation on
Sunday, March 9, 2025.

Additionally' staff members from the foltowing departments are required to be present
on Sunday, March 9,2025:

IQAC, office of the Provost, oflice of the Registrar, Controller of Examinations,


cIR& oIA,
HR, CDOE, RDC, NEP/CMIE, Training & placement, PIERC, SRC, AFMC, Alumni
Association, Central Administration, Accounts Section including office of cFAo, Director
(Research)-PIET and PI! cEo, System Support cell, ICT Cell, office of Dean, Doctoral
Studies & Research and PUMIS
For stafffrom these departments who utilize university-provided transport, necessary transport

arrangements must also be made.

Holidav
Students and staff of PPI, PIET @S), PIP, PIPR, SOp, IpS, pIpER, PIET (MBA), PIMR,
PIET (MCA), PIHMCT and PIAR (Arch.) attending college on Sunday, March 9, 2025, wilt
be entitled to holiday on Thursday, March 13, 2025

Cell,ICT Cell, Office of Dean, Doctoral Studies & Research and PUMIS attending college
on Sunday, March 9,2025, will be entitled to a Compensatory Off.
