Fan pump pressure is reduced by SPR valve to

generate Control pressure, 33K. SPR valve is
built-in the main pump.

Input signal to EPC valve makes pump

discharge control proportionally. Final goal is
mA – L/min. control.
NC, PC and CO controls are written in the
Controller algorism. It is fully electronic
control except Jet sensor and VC valve control.
High EPC pressure, VC to
max.

Variable back pressure compensation

During swing or travel operation, the solenoid is turned OFF to charge back pressure.
During other operations, the solenoid is turned ON to cancel the back pressure to save the
loss for less fuel consumption.
Hydraulically driven fan control

located on RH side and the fan
for oil cooler is located LH side
of the engine.

Fan pump control

Fan pump discharge amount is controlled inverse-proportionally to current to EPC valves.

The less current, the more oil flow to fan motor and the more current, the less oil flow.
When the electrical trouble and no current to EPC, the fan pump provides mechanically
maximum discharge. This is a kind of Fail-safe design.
