Airbnb ABNB is an online marketplace designed to connect users seeking to rent out their
homes with travellers looking for a place to stay in specific areas. The company has

paying guests to sleep on air mattresses in their rooms. According to the latest data,
Airbnb now has more than 7 million listings that cover about 100,000 cities and towns in
220-plus countries and regions. One of the simplest ways to compare rental for a new
apartment or the whole house for other visitors in the area is with locals. For hosts, it
offers them a platform that makes it possible to expose their fares to millions of people
around the world, knowing that a reputable company is going to handle payments and
provide additional customer support if required. And for the guests, Airbnb makes it
possible for them to stay in a home, possibly with a kitchen to cut down on some
expenses for food, at a rate lower than what the local hotels would usually charge.

Narayani holidays and conferences Pvt Ltd India is the largest integrated travel group in
India and has over 07 branches located in 07 cities. It has a widespread network of
Preferred Sales Agents, notable presence in overseas markets and is the market leader in
forex business. Aside of this, favourable demographics of the domestic traveller and
rising disposable income are the key growth triggers. The only limiting factor here would
be the depreciating rupee, which could discourage outbound travel - individual and group
primarily.
5.Skills:

dominant capabilities and help in generating and sharpening the competitive advantage
collectively.
6.Super-ordinate Goals
A super-ordinate goal stands for company‘s vision, mission, values, philosophy, in the
back-drop of which organizations goals and objectives are set and strategies are formulated.

corporateobjectives.

4. SWOT ANALYSIS:
Strengths:
Strategic Locations
More than nine years of brand image
Dedicated, experienced and long time served employees
Computerized administration and infrastructures
Well-connected network to all major cities
Weakness:
Places a stronger emphasis on domestic than foreign tours.
Customers can feel overcharged compared to services offered by competitors.
Less packages for overseas travel.
Because we have more domestic packages, we occasionally neglect the international
package.
Opportunities
The variety of services we offer (visa, car, hotel, day trip, tour guide, etc.) Increasing the
clientele base and the number of franchisees
Numerous services offered in various packages
With a strong financial outlook, the company is anticipated to expand more quickly. It can
easily reach retail investors with their savings by advertising through channels like TV,
newspapers, magazines, etc.
Threats
A rise in the number of agencies has an impact on the company's profitability.
The presence of non-professionals in the tourism sector has a significant impact on the
professionals as well.
Market competitors Customers may occasionally switch to more expensive packages and
services offered by other businesses.
Arrival of cutting-edge technology; danger of becoming obsolete with it.
5. LEARNING EXPERIENCE:
The training program emphasizes practical experience, allowing learners to apply
theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. This hands-on approach ensures that by the
end of the program, individuals are not only familiar with the company‘s operations but
also have developed strong problem-solving and communication skills. The supportive
environment fosters growth and confidence, preparing trainees for successful careers in
hospitality.
My learning experience in the Business to Business (B2B) department at Narayani
Holidays in Bangalore was quite insightful. The department was dedicated to fostering
partnerships and collaborations between businesses, which was a new and exciting field
for me. The team‘s approach to building long-term relationships with clients and partners
through trust and mutual benefit was impressive.
During my time there, I learned about the intricacies of contract negotiations and the
importance of understanding the needs of both parties. The B2B team emphasized the
value of clear communication and setting realistic expectations to ensure successful
partnerships. This was demonstrated through various role-playing exercises that allowed
me to practice these skills firsthand.
The most valuable takeaway from my experience was the importance of strategic thinking
in the B2B sector. The team showed me how to analyse market trends, identify potential
business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions for different clients. This
knowledge has been instrumental in enhancing my business and preparing me for future
endeavours in the corporate world.

During my internship at Narayani Holidays conferences Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore I found out that there is
a lot of scope in the tourism industry for the future. People are travelling more as compare to the
past. As there is increase in the standard of living of the people, they are willing to take up more and
more trips every year.
I observed that more number of families is going on outbound trip when compared to the other group
of people. And 30% of the family prefers the destination like North India, South India and
International trips like Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand and etc.
I observed there is outbound tourism than domestic tourism.
I also observed that some of the clients were comparing the services of SOTC and Cox and king and
the services of Narayani holidays and conferences Pvt Ltd and were complaining that Narayani
holidays and conferences Pvt Ltd was giving better services.
SUGGESTION:
The employees should come out with cheaper and better holiday option so that the clients are
provided with many choices in low price and it can be a better position for the middle-class people.
The clients should be given more accurate and extra information about a destination.
The clients should be told clearly about the procedures of visa and the proper documents required for
applying one.
Narayani holidays and conference Pvt Ltd should use celebrities for the promotion of packages and
to awareness about tourism among people.
As 50% of the people are no satisfied with the tour packages they come up with new ideas and
activities to attract the customer.
Create interest to buy the tour packages by giving extra facilities, offers & gifts.
CONCLUSION:
I express great sense of pride to be part of an Industry such as Narayani holidays and conference Pvt.
Ltd. I had a great experience in Industry and had my best ever, enjoying each work moment at work.
I learnt all the basics about the industry. And there is still lot to learn.
