Bug 3234297: BUG INC2845759 - TAS - User unable to select Workitem from
drop-down----This bug was caused due to the changes made for PBIs
related to determination of input dimension based on ELE, Country and
Service provider. When the user is associated with only one service
provider, the auto selection logic is called first and the timesheet assist
data, which is accessed to determine the input dimension, isn't
available.

Bug 3234471: INC2865983 - TAS - Issue with Onboarding Date email --- Bu auto
link to sp was missing during refactoring

Bug 3234488: TAS - Incorrect Input dimension display on prefill --- Selected
service provider is cleared when the user switches weeks, for initial load of the
current week, the list of selected service providers is reconstructed and the input
dimension hierarchy is triggered before filling in the draft Draft conditions was
missed here

Bug 3234517: TAS - Import file is not updating service providers correctly ----
Data Issue while uploading the Excel and was intermittent in test env as well

added additional space and considered as null (same in test env as well back
then)
