 Lead and Manage: Oversee the entire data migration lifecycle, from planning to execution

and post-implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders (business units, IT teams, and


vendors) to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop SAP
implementation strategies, define project scopes, data sources, migration targets, and
milestones to ensure successful delivery.

 Data Analysis and Mapping: Examine data from the ECC system to identify inconsistencies and
develop mapping rules for proper translation into SAP. Design and implement migration plans
that include data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation process.

 ETL Development: Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes,
with a deep understanding of SAP data structures. Skilled in using SAP migration tools like
LSMW, LTMC (Migration Cockpit), and custom ABAP programs to ensure smooth and accurate
data migration.
 Data Validation and Testing: Perform in-depth data validation, cleansing,
and quality checks to verify that migrated data is accurate, complete, and
aligns with SAP system standards.
 Cutover Planning: Manage data migration during the cutover phase,
ensuring successful data loading and final validation. Work closely with
business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather
requirements, address issues and process documentation to provide progress
updates to stakeholders.
