A: So, have you seen Andrea lately?
B: yes, I see her this morning.
A: How is she doing?
B: she changed a lot since we have started college.
She talks about herself all the time and she always
manages to mention how good she is and everything
she does.
2. James
A: Are you going to James party on Saturday?
B: of course, jams’ always gives the best parties and
there are many interesting people there.
A: it is true; I do not know where he manages to find
them all
B: well, you know what he is like. He makes friends
very easily. He really likes talking to people and he
loves inviting people over.
3. Mr. Johnson:
A: Have you met the new apartment manager?
B: Mr. Johnson, yeah I met him yesterday. He is a
little strange.
A: yeah, he is. I am not sure I like him. He is hard to
predict. Sometimes he is cheerful and the next day
he does not even say hello.
B: I think you are right, and have you noticed that
half of the time when he says he is going to do
something he never actually does it.
