Introduction
Welcome to Business Management 2B. This module builds on previous material you have
studied and will extend your knowledge in key areas of the subject. Upon completing this
module, you should have a better grasp of some of the main issues in business management and
how to approach the challenges that you are likely to face in the working world.
You must use your textbook together with this guide. Please note that the module does not
follow the chapters in the textbook sequentially, and for one learning unit, it does not use the
textbook at all. It is thus vital that you follow this guide, which indicates the relevant sections of
the textbook to study. The textbook contains the majority of the material, and it is essential that
you study it closely.
