1. The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that in
compliance with the order dated 31.10.2022, neither the charge
sheet nor status report has been supplied to her.
2. The learned APP has handed over a copy of the status report to
her.
3. As far as the charge sheet is concerned, the Investigating Officer
(IO) shall supply the same to her by tomorrow.
4. She further points out that the victims have not been made parties
in the present petition.
5. On the oral prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the
victims are added as party respondents to the petition.
6. Let the Amended Memo of Parties be filed within a week.
