the large number of selection options in this program, the Licensor does not offer any warranty and /or liability for calculations
that are performed. The Licensee or user must verify the calculation and figures itself or have them verified by technical
experts to determine whether the respective calculation corresponds to the actual conditions and/or is suitable and permitted
for applications. The Licensor will further not be liable for the correctness of the underlying rules and the extrapolation of the
values of the rules above and beyond their scope of application. The Licensee or user of this program must verify the extent to
which the content of the corresponding Guideline is applicable to its particular case and whether the program version available
to it is still valid. The suitability and resistance of the selected material must in all cases be verified by the Licensee or user
itself or by technical experts. Furthermore, all static calculations produced with this program can only be regarded as
suggestions the correctness of which must be verified by the Licensee or user or by technical experts.
Irrespective of the kind of infringement (pre-contractual, contractual or non-contractual), the Licensor will always only be liable
to pay compensation and reimburse expenses in the case of gross negligence or intent by it or by its vicarious agents. Liability
will be limited to the typical loss for such a contract. This shall be without prejudice to liability under the German Product
Liability Act and for intentional breaches of contract as well as in cases of loss of life or limb by any person .
