I, ARTHUR MARINGA NGUO of P.O BOX 743-8100 Mombasa the 1 ST


Administrator of the estate of JACKSON NGUO NYANGE who died on the 13 TH
January 2006, intestate make Oath and say as follows: -

1. THAT a grant of letters of administration of the said estate was made to and
my co administrator in this matter on the 20th June 2024.

2. THAT the deceased was survived by the following children and dependants: -

(a) Julius Nyange Ngechure Nguo ID No. 539484


(b) Arthur Maringa Nguo ID 8621354
(c) Charles Kariuki Nguo ID 10333756
(d) Edward Muteti Nguo 11648129
(e) Esther Wanjiku Nyange Nguo ID 13196620
(f) Rose Wairimu Nyange ID 22560575

3. THAT no application for provision for dependants is pending.

4. THAT the deceased owned the following properties: -

(I) MWEA/MUTITHI/126 MEASURING 5 ACRES


(II) MWIRUA/KITHUMBI/184 MEASURING 6.3 ACRES
(III) PLOT AT KONGOWEA
(IV) SHAREHOLIND IN BARCLAYS BANK
(V) SHARE HOLDING IN EAST AFRICAN BREWERIES

5. THAT the identification and shares of all persons beneficially entitled to the
said estate have been ascertained and determined as follows: -
