Skygourmet caters to leading domestic and international airlines. It is present in the major cities of India.

• Payroll and Time & Attendance:


• Prepare Payroll Inputs for Employees on daily basis and share the same for payroll processing.
• Responsible for Managing Payroll helpdesk for Pan India location. Laisioning with the HRMS
vendor and HR Team for system related errors.
• Managing and coordinating with all departments for their updated leaves and Uploading the
same on a fortnightly basis in the HRMS software. Coordinating with the HRMS vendors to
resolve errors related to the HRMS software with all locations.
• Monthly Attendance of Pune and Ahmedabad along with their leaves, is uploaded manually into
the system, due to absence of biometric setup at these units.
• Reimbursements of allowances such as Mobile bills, Railway Pass, wedding gift vouchers and
advance to employees, with requisite signatures and sending to the Finance for processing.
• Statutory: ESIC : Uploading the family details of new joinees and uploading / updating the
various details of existing employees such as, change in address, change in nominees, corrections
in family details, addition of new siblings. Correction in personal details, for eg: IP name and IP
DOB.
• To Assist Employees covered under ESIC by providing various required forms to avail ESIC
facilities such as TIC form 37, medical form 10(esic leave salary).
• Coordinating with the consultant to get the PF, ESIC and PT challans by sending PF data in
specific required format, along with the details of newly joined employees in Form 5 to derive
UAN number. Coordinating with Finance for PF payment.
• Recruitment & Joining: Handled recruitment for junior level employees. Coordinating the
interviews with concerned department.
• Joining formalities of the new joinees, documentation & validation and filing of documents,
induction of the new joinees with policies and procedures of the company, coordinating with the
Bank to open Bank Account of the new joinees. Ensuring smooth and complete on-boarding of
new hires.
• Managing Employee Personal file documentation along with Issuing Appointment letters,
increment letters, Confirmation, and experience letters.
• Preparation of ID cards for PAN India employees for all the new joinees and issuing duplicate ID
cards, again in case of wear-n-tear, lost id cards – on going process.
• NO Objection Certificate: To upload documents into the Government site and complete the NOC
process (end-to-end) for all new joinees and to follow-up with the existing employees for their
stamped NOCs. Also, to maintain an excel to check on the expiry of the NOCs. – an on-going
process.
• Finger Registration: Finger registration of all new joinees in the biometric machine placed at the
Security desk (Basement) and Admin floor.
• Assisting Resigned staff to fill their F&F clearance form and exit interview form.
• Employee Engagement:
• A great support to the Employee Engagement team to organizing various employee engagement
programs to engage employees to motivate and togetherness.

Laisioning with the Sr HR Head for reports related to Time & Attendance.
Coordinating with employees and handling grievances with related to Payroll & Leaves.
Resolving audit related queries with related to Employee Recruitment, payroll and Attendance.
