In inviting a reference to the subject cited above, I am directed to
enclose herewith the copy of the approved Notice along with the copy of the
undertaking and contact No. and e-mail Ids of the Appointing Authorites
(Copies enclosed) and request you to publish the same in the website of H
FW Department for information of all concerned. The duration of the
exhibition/ display of the notice in the website is from 26.05.2021 to
30.06.2021.
This is for information and necessary action.

NOTICE FOR JOINING OF NURSING OFFICER

It is informed to all eligible candidates, those who are provisionally
selected for the post of Nursing Officers and allotted to the districts by the
OSSSC vide their Notification No.493/OSSSC dated 07.05.2021 and updated
in the commission website www.osssc.gov.in are directed to submit their
joining report and scanned copies of their self attested original documents as
applicable ( HSC Board Certificate / +2 Certificate / GNM / B.Sc. pass out
certificate / Caste Certificate / Valid Residence Certificate / Proof of Identity,
Proof of working in the Covid Facility/ self-declaration in support of
working ) along with one undertaking enclosed herewith before the
concerned Appointing Authorities allotted to them on or before 01.06.2021
positively through the official E-mail IDs (as attached) with the following
terms and conditions.
1. Conditional (Provisional) appointment Order shall be issued by the
concerned Appointing Authorities i.e. the Superintendents of All
Govt. Medical College & Hospital (7 Nos.)/ Director, Acharya
Harihar Post Graduate Institute of Cancer, Cuttack / All CDM &
PHOs (30 Nos.) through the e-mail IDs of the candidates with a
condition that:-
a. Final appointment Order shall be issued after physical verification of
original documents and issue clearance of OSSSC.
b. Any candidate, if found to have submitted false or forged documents
or suppressing any related information, the provisional
appointment will be cancelled and legal action as deemed fit shall
be initiated against them.
2. The issuance of conditional (Provisional) / final appointment orders
in respect of the candidates selected under different reservation
categories ( Special Categories) and the candidates against whom
complaint petitions have been received shall be withheld till the
completion of physical verification of original documents in later
stage to be intimated by the Appointing Authorities.
3. All candidates issued with the Conditional (Provisional) Appointment
Order should submit their joining report along with scanned self
attested copies of original documents as well as Undertaking in the
format Annexed, to the concerned Appointing Authorities via email,
by 1st June 2021.
4. The candidates who are not presently working at any Covid facility
(Government or Private) are to physically appear before the
concerned CDM & PHOs with their original documents by 19th June,
2021 for physical verification of the same. For mobility during the
lockdown, they can use their provisional appointment order as
pass.
 5. The candidates who are presently working in any Covid Facilities
shall continue to work in those Facilities so as not to cause any
dislocation in COVID management. These candidates shall submit a
certificate of employment from the Covid Facilities where they are
working/ self-declaration in support of working, along with other
documents. They are to physically appear before their concerned
Appointing Authority with original documents by a date which will
be subsequently notified.
6. The candidates who are working in Private Hospitals shall join after the
present Pandemic situation comes down and will physically appear before
the Appointing Authorities for verification of documents. Provision of
extension of joining time shall be allowed to them.
7. After issuance of the final appointment order and subsequent
joining, the candidate shall be eligible to get the actual scale of pay
as notified by government for Contractual govt. employee. Till then
the Nursing Officers who are working in the Govt/ Private Covid
facilities will continue to get the salary/remuneration from the
Authorities of the respective Covid facilities.
8. The inter-se seniority of the candidate shall be in the order in
which their names appear in the select list prepared by OSSSC and
the same will not be affected by the date of joining.
