2. The primary voltage of a 90% efficient transformer is 110V and the input power is 5 kW. If the
secondary voltage is 220V, then what are the current flows in the primary coil and the secondary
coil?
4. A coil of 100 turns and resistance 100 Ω is in a magnetic field of 10-3 Wb. A galvanometer of
resistance 400 Ω is connected to it. If the coil is moved to a field of 0.2 × 10-3 Wb in 0.1 s, find the
induced electromotive force and current in the coil.
6. If the current in a coil change in 0.05 s from +2 A to -2 A, then the induced electromotive force
becomes 8 V. What is the self-inductance of the coil?
