1. References:
a. Actionable items during the command conference on October 29,
2024; and
b. Memorandum Circular 2015-02.

2. ICOW the above references, please be informed that this Station has
already complied with Record Book of PMS/Repairs history of all issued Mobility
Assets. Likewise, PMAJ ALEX C CASIO, Deputy Chief of Police together with PEMS
Arnel M Mendoza, MESPO disseminated the cleanliness of all mobility assets and
timely submission of compliances and tasking to all personnel of this Station.
Moreover, this Station already requested one (1) portable generator and one (1) big
and one (1) small Chainsaw to Silang LGU for SRR Equipment.

3. Attached herewith are photos and copy of request for reference.

4. For your information and requests acknowledge receipt.
