I reached the Ecofrost India pvt ltd Pune at 9 am On Dated 1 March 2025 , I was given visitors pass
from security . After I was seating in a meeting hall then came Manager and started with the
introduction of the company and later moved on to giving us the detailed about the company product.
I visited the shop floor and witnessed that most of the operations in the manufacturing process were
automated. Rules and regulations about assuring quality were also discussed with them.

Industrial Visit brings clarity to important management concepts, as s practical experience first and
how these concepts are put into action. Industrial Visit Bridge the gap between classroom theoretical
training and practical learning in a real-life environment. With regular industrial visits, the students are
able to identify their prospective area of work like marketing, finance, logistics, etc. This also gives
students a platform to enhance their interpersonal skills. I get to see the best practices opted by
different companies for similar work. Since the IV’s are planned in various sectors, I find it easy to
select relevant organizations for their assignments.

learn the practical lessons of operations management, HR Systems and functions and how an idea
from a visionary leader can result in a successful business. During the visit, I learned about the
financial aspects of starting a business, particularly in manufacturing and trading. For manufacturing,
they discussed expenses related to machinery, skilled labour, electricity, and administrative costs,
while emphasizing the importance of having secured loans, as banks often do not provide unsecured
loans.

There I will get to know the procedures, processes, work environment, management efforts taking
place in the industry. The main reason behind this is, it lets I understand things practically through
interaction with the industrial environment, working methods, and employment practices .The main aim
of industrial visits / Educational trips is to give exposure to the students about the practical working
environment with theoretical learning.
