We're Hiring for Our Esteemed Client - A Leading Name in the Real Estate Market

Position: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 12-15 years in an FP&A role

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management.

- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.

- Support decision-making by delivering strategic inputs to the management.

- Drive process improvements for high-quality reporting.

- Develop annual business plans and track performance against them quarterly.

- Identify and address cost optimization opportunities.

- Enhance finance and operational processes through continuous improvement.

- Leverage automation to improve reporting efficiencies.

- Create and design reports for in-depth analysis and added value.
- Establish key performance metrics and benchmark them against market expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
