1. General Agreement
The service provider, Rêsevmant LLC DBA Rêsevmant Colombian Emeralds, agrees to perform the following
services, which upon signature of contract are binding by law and must be completed within the agreed
timeframe. Service provider is bound to consumer finance laws and must complete, or return in case of
failure with agreed amount, the work described in the following clause.

2. Goods/Services Provided
-Pendant in 18kt gold 10 grams desired weight (+/- 1g). Center stone 9x7 untreated emerald octagon, encased
in cushion cut purple garnet.
-Guaranteed 18 karat, handmade. TCW estimated to be 5-7 carats. Center stone is 1.7cts.
--Made in Peru, shipped to customer upon completion. Deadline is 21 business days from today, October 22,
2024.
3. Cost Agreement
-Final cost estimate $2300. (shipping and customs fees coordinated separately)
-To begin work a minimum deposit of 50% is necessary, if work is not completed within the stated time frame,
the buyer is returned the deposit and subject to compensation.
-Once received, final 50% deposit is required. If the buyer does not provide final payment upon delivery, the
seller is protected and given the right to payment.
-If work is not completed, or cancelled, buyer is subject to entire deposit with compensation.
-Payment made through PayPal business, Venmo, wire, or customer’s choice. Additional fees covered by
buyer.
Security deposit is in the amount of $1,150 (50%) is required to begin work.
After delivery, buyer is subject to a payment of the remaining amount, calculated by subtracting deposit
from the total quote.
5. Termination and Acceptance
Either party may terminate before signature and deposit is initiated. Termination after signature is a breach
of contract for either party unless a mutual decision or valid reason preventing fulfillment.

6. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by consumer commerce laws and protections of the United States.
Rêsevmant is a legal entity registered in CA with a business permit for sale of jewelry and gemstones.
