Important Instructions for Exam (08th March 2025)

Dear Team,
We hope this message finds you well. As the scheduled examination is fast approaching, we
would like to share important guidelines to ensure a smooth and organized process for
everyone.
Please read the following instructions carefully:
1. Be on Time All candidates must arrive at the exam venue at least 30 minutes prior
(12 : 00 PM) to the start time. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter once the exam has
started. Examination time is 12:30 PM to 01:30 PM.
2. Calculators Allowed All exam-related materials will be provided. Please note that personal
papers and any other electronic devices (such as phones, smartwatches, etc.) are strictly
prohibited in the exam hall. You must bring your calculator. Violation of this rule will result
in disqualification.
3. Seat Allotment Kindly note that seats have been pre-allotted for each candidate. please find
below attachment for the same.
4. Stationery You are allowed to bring your own pens and pencils. However, all other
stationery such as rulers, erasers, and scratch paper will be provided by the invigilators.
5. No Talking During the Exam Communication of any kind, verbal or non-verbal, with other
candidates during the exam is strictly prohibited. If you need assistance, please raise your hand,
and an invigilator will assist you.
6. No Re-entry Once you exit the exam hall for any reason, re-entry will not be permitted, so
please plan accordingly.
7. Instructions from Invigilators Follow the instructions given by the invigilators carefully.
Any non-compliance with instructions may lead to disqualification.
8. Personal Belongings Bags and personal belongings must be left in the designated area
outside the exam hall. The company is not responsible for any loss of personal items, so please
avoid bringing valuables.
9. End of Exam When the exam time is over, you must stop writing immediately and submit
your answer sheets. Do not leave your seat until instructed by the invigilator.
Your cooperation and adherence to these instructions are essential for a smooth examination
process. Please make sure you are well-prepared and ready for the exam.
