2.Sarah is a 32-year-old marketing executive who has been experiencing significant distress
and anxiety in her daily life. She finds herself constantly worrying about various aspects of her

each day ruminating over potential mistakes she might have made, replaying conversations in

exhausted. Sarah also engages in repetitive behaviors such as checking her emails repeatedly
to make sure she hasn't missed any important messages or constantly reviewing her work to
ensure it's perfect. These behaviors provide her with temporary relief but ultimately contribute to
her distress and interfere with her productivity at work.Sarah decides to seek help from a
therapist after realizing that her worrying and rituals are taking a toll on her mental well-being
and quality of life. Through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Sarah learns strategies to
challenge her anxious thoughts, gradually confront situations that trigger her anxiety, and reduce
