Some say that would be better if the majority of employees worked from home instead of travelling

to a workplace every day.

Do you think the advantages of working from home outweight the disavantage.

Working and earing an income is crucial for the survival of all people. However, travelling to a workplace
is tiring and time-comsuming. Some believe telecommuting is a optimul way with several benefits for
the worker. In my opinion, work from home brings huge profits and personal benefits that absolute
outweight moving to the office.

On the one hand, comsuming consumes considerable time every day. In morden tworld, employees
demand higher productivities in every second count. Thus, telecommuting helps employer save their
time in the term of comsuming. The extra time could be converts to productivities, work or do
something usefull in work that making profits. For instance, the traffic in Ho Chi Minh city takes two
hours, employees could be tired leading to reduce efficiency.

On the order hand, the professional has been declined if lacking of face to face connection. Every
employee needs basic skills such as communication, soft skills require but it not for telecommuting.
Telecommuting is not work for some fiels involve in monitored that need human controlled.
Nevertheless, for example, some companies of technology information allow worker work from home.
In this sector, employees could enjoy the offered by telecommuting since most of their project could be
done from a remote location.

In conclusion, although telecommuting has some drawbacks, I believe that additional time and
flexibilities offered by it extremely beneficial for employees of certain jobs. Despite the fact that
telecommuting is rapid decrease professional development of one individual, it increase the
productivities most for employees.
