My experience working in private sector as Assistant Store Manager, has equipped me with a profound
understanding of management, policy analysis, costumer engagement, and office transaction. I have
successfully promoted for this position from being team leader supervisor from my previous position, which
not only demonstrates my ability to, analyze complex data, manage cross-functional teams, but also highlights
my commitment to the government agency, transparency, efficiency, and equity.

In addition to my professional qualifications, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management degree,


from Capiz State University Pilar Satellite College, and eleceted as President of Future Leaders of the
Philippines Pilar Campus during School Year 2021-2022, where I honed my skills in managing and serving
with my colluege. My academic background has provided me with a solid foundation in student policy,
governance, and enabling me to approach challenges with analytical rigor and innovative thinking.

I am confident that my background, skills, and enthusiasm for public service make me a strong candidate for
this position. I am keen to bring my passion for enhancing public welfare, advocating for environmental
sustainability to Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, contributing to its mission of
ensuring efficient and effective emergency response and disaster preparedness with active participation of the
community.
