FOR EDUCATION

Hello! Welcome to the course ‘Integrating ITC in English


Teaching Classrooms’ and I’m so excited to be your
instructor this year! We are going to have an interesting and
exciting course. I’m passionate about integrating
technological tools, computer applications and mobile apps in
English teaching classroom. We will deal with basic
pedagogical and methodological issues which encourage
learning and teaching beyond classroom walls. My goals this
year are:

1- To increase your knowledge and awareness of how


technology can be used in English language teaching.
2- You will be able to make a connection between EFL
content and pedagogy and the use of computing
technology, both theoretically and practically.
3- You will be able to apply selected technological tools
and computing environments and design a unit plan
around it.

So let’s start on a stellar course. Good luck !

can benefit our ELL/ESL or Foreign Language Students;
presentations which outline the pros and cons of using
technology in the ESL/EFL classroom and also expose
teachers to new internet based technologies to use.

technologies can all aid in effective classroom/individual
instruction;
