Overview
Admin Programs changes the security settings of programs and licences and assigns them to roles,
which are defined in Admin Roles.
This program has more or less the same function as Admin Roles, except that the assignment is vice
versa, i.e. programs and licences are assigned to roles.
Admin Programs also shows, in read-only mode, the users that have access to a selected program.
Various filters can be used to select certain users (for example disabled expired user logins, logins that
have read access, users that have write access, or users with administrator rights).
Newly released programs or licences are automatically assigned to the role ADMIN. Otherwise, Admin
Programs makes it easy to assign the appropriate roles either by copying from an existing program or
by selecting each role individually.
When this program is first opened, there is no data shown in the Users that have access (for
information only) panel, lower right side of the screen, until a program or licence is selected in the List
of available programs panel on the left side of the screen.
