Sciences” payable at Kolkata after Financial Bid opening. Tender Notification No, Date of issue, Name of the
item and name of the firm are to be clearly mentioned on the reverse side of the EMD draft.

A. Instructions to Bidders:
i. Bids are to be submitted online through e-Procurement portal of The West Bengal Government e-
procurement System (wbtenders.gov.in).Bids submitted offline will not be considered.
ii. Bidders are instructed to read and understand the eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.
iii. The EMD is Payable through Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “WEST
BENGAL UNIVERSITY OF ANIMAL & FISHERY SCIENCES” payable at Kolkata. The DDs should be sent
to The Registrar, West Bengal University of Animal & Fishery Sciences, Kolkata.
iv. EMD of the successful bidder will be returned/ refunded after supplying of all ordered books
satisfactorily or one year whichever is less.
v. Bidders are advised to submit the tender strictly based on the terms and conditions and specifications
contained in the Tender Document. Conditional bids will be summarily rejected.
vi. WBUAFS, Kolkata will not be responsible for any delay in enrolment/registration as bidder or
submitting/uploading the offer on e-tender portal. Hence, bidders are advised to register in e-
tendering website.
