 JCIPEA GENERAL GUIDELINES
1.REPORTING
a. All LO activities (Meetings, Trainings, Business Activities, and Projects) for the month should be reported on or
before the last day of each month to earn Efficiency Percentage and/or Performance Points.
b. Late reports will forfeit earning points and percentages. However, reports will still be accepted especially National
Program implementations so that the information can be consolidated.
c. Reports will be through the JCIPEA module of the official JCI Philippines website. In case of the unavailability of
the JCIPEA module, an alternative reporting platform will be provided by the Office of the National Secretary
General.
d. The LO President and LO Secretary will be granted access for reporting.
e. Bonus items that are not classified as meetings, trainings, business activities, and projects are
not required to be reported by the last day of each month. LOs are however encouraged to report the
item as soon as they are complied with and before the deadline of the said item.

2. JCIP AWARDS ELIGIBILITY

a. Projects or activities not reported are not eligible to be submitted for JCIP Awards.

JCIPEA report submission shall be the attachment for proof of implementation of each award category.
b. All activities from October 2024 to December 2024 should be reported by March 05,2025 to be
eligible for awards.
c. No JCIPEA points or percentage will be awarded for community projects for the said period.

3. ATTENDANCE
a. Attendance sheet is required for all meetings, trainings, and projects

b. For physical activities, the LOs may use the default attendance sheet template:

LO Branding but ensure that it has similar data fields and that the following logos are present: LO Logo,
BuildBetter and Likhayan
c. Electronic format of the attendance sheet such as Google Form is allowed provided time stamps are
present.
d. For virtual activities or hybrid activities, the screenshot of all attendees present in the virtual platform
should be an additional attachment to the attendance sheet.
Local organizations are to observe data privacy laws in collecting information for attendance specifying the
information collected is for JCIPEA reporting purposes granting access to the Regional Vice Presidents and
the Office of the National Secretary General.

4. MINIMUM ATTENDANCE. The minimum attendance per activity should be observed.
A. General Membership Meeting
a. Category 1- 30 members
b. Category 2- 18 members
c. Category 3 - 10 members
B. Local Training whether hosted or co-hosted
a. Category 1- 10 members
b. Category 2- 8 members
c. Category 3 - 5 members
C. International Training
a. if conducted outside the Philippines, no minimum attendance
b. if conducted through a virtual platform, 5 members regardless of category
c. if a JCI Masterclass, no minimum attendance
D. Community Projects
a. Standalone LO community projects – at least 5 members
b. Co- hosted projects within the region – at least 5 members from each LO
c. Co- hosted projects outside the region – at least 2 members from each LOA

5 PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
a. Photo documentation of the event is required for all meetings, trainings, and projects.
b. A minimum of four (4) photos is required which should be composed of 1 group photo and 3 action
photos. Additional photos may be required to be presented.
c. To ensure the projects have been implemented this 2025, a Likhayan Sign is required for the group
photo attachment. Only JCI members are required to do the Likhayan sign.
d. In a multiorganizational event, encircle or mark members attending in a group photo or virtual
platform screenshot.
e. Number of attendees listed must correspond to the number of attendees in the photos presented.
f. Use of single-use event tarpaulin is discouraged. Instead, the use of LO cloth banners is encouraged.
