This pertains to the attached letter invitation dated March 04, 2025, from the Office of the
Provincial SK Federation of Lanao del Norte regarding the above-mentioned subject.

The Provincial Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Office and Provincial Youth


Development Office will conduct PANAGTAPOK: Sangguniang Kabataan Congress
2025 this April 08, 2025 (Tuesday) to be held at Mindanao Civic Center (MCC)
Gymnasium, Sagadan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte. This event aims to provide a meaningful
platform for the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials to engage in discussions, share ideas,
and collaborate on solutions to the pressing issues that impact the lives of the youth in
their respective communities.

In relation to this, all Local Youth Development Officers (LYDOs) and Sangguniang
Kabataan Pederasyon Presidents (SKPPs) are strongly encouraged to attend and
actively participate in the said activity.
