Fire insurance provides coverage for physical loss or
damage caused to the building or structure.

Machinery breakdown policy is ideal cover for plant and


machinery, to cover cost of repair or replacement of
damaged parts as a result of accidental Electrical and
Mechanical Breakdown.

Burglary insurance is an insurance policy which covers the


financial loss that you suffer in case of a
burglary or attempted burglary into your home or business
premises. Burglary is defined as an act of
forceful entry into the house or business premises with an
illegal intention of theft.

Terrorism is not covered in fire policy, A diffrant policy has


to be taken to cover terrorism

Marine insurance covers loss or damage of ships, cargo,


terminals or any other kind of transport along with the
material/commodity that is transported, received or held
between origin point and destination.

Exposure

Fire insurance is designed to provide protection in respect


of loss to buildings, machineries, fixtures, goods etc. by fire
and or other insured perils. In other words fire insurance
affords cover for ‘material damage’. However, an
indemnity for the material damage does not provide
complete protection to the insured who will also suffer
trading losses due to total or partial stoppage of his
business. The object of loss of profit insurance (also known
as Consequential Loss or Business Interruption insurance)
is to make good for loss of gross profit.

Machinery breakdown policy is ideal cover for plant and

Credit Insurance Policy protects the companies against


customer defaults. It covers the sales made by the
company on credit terms.

computer fraud coverage; funds transfer fraud coverage.
Commercial crime Insurance policy is a wider form of the
fidelity guarantee policy. This policy is basically designed
to meet the needs of the Organization which are basically
into manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, BPO’s, small
Businesses, etc.

A cyber insurance policy covers businesses from any


financial loss that may arise due to cybercrimes, online
data breaches, malware, ransomware, and other digital
risks. This policy offersoverall protection to your business
from data losses, unauthorized access, and various costs
such as forensic costs, PR costs when any data breach
occurs in your system.

Exposure

If Your company is into handling of hazardous goods, it is


compulsory to be insured under the Public Liability Act
Insurance. A list of HAZARDOUS GOODS has been given in
the act along with quantities over which if these goods are
handled; then the Act states that PLI Act must be taken.

This sections provides for coverage against legal liability


which may arise due to bodily injury or property damage
to a third party during the course of your business
operations in the premises mentioned in the policy. This
includes defence cost also.

Workmen's compensation (also known as Employee’s
compensation or WC Policy/WC Insurance) is a type of
insurance that covers the legal liabilities of the employer
by providing financial compensation and optional medical
care to employees who get injured due to an accident in
the course of their employment. The benefits of workers'
compensation include partial wage replacement for the
period during which the employee cannot work.

The Policy covers the legal liability including costs to


defend any civil and / or criminal action against the
Directors and / or Officers holding a responsible position in
an organisation made by any Shareholder/ Employee/
Customer/ Competitor/Member of Public or any
Regulatory Body for any wrongful act, error or omission
committed by them.

If the Insured Person sustain any Bodily Injury solely &


directly from accident caused by external, violent and
visible means, then it is covered under this policy.
This Policy Provides Compensation in case of accident that
has caused disablement or death.

for legal liability coverage for compensation to your
employees for bodily injury or death caused due to
accidents / occupational diseases arising out of and in
course of employment.
