ERP – Admission Process Flow for applicants

Role: Applicant

Path: Visit GIPE Website https://gipe.ac.in/ >>Click on ERP Login

Step 1: Click on the Applicant Student Registration


Step 2: Click on the New Applicant Student Registration

1. Fill all details in New Applicant Registration.


2. Fill valid Email and Mobile number, all the communication will be done on registered Email and
Mobile
3. OTP for submitting registration will be sent on your registered Email ID.
4. Enter OTP received via Email in the OTP tab.
5. Click on register

Step 3: It’s MANDATORY to Upload your photo and signature before proceeding to the application form.
Step 4: Click on ‘Start application’ on the admission form of your interest.

Step 5: Read guidelines carefully and click on ‘Next’ button.


Step 6: Select Program by ticking the box.

Once you click on program selection, the following steps need to be followed to complete the application.

Step 7. Personal Details - Fill in Personal details. After filling all mandatory details, click on Save and Next.
Mandatory fields are denoted with (*).
Step 8. Parent Details - Fill in Parent details

Step 9. Category Selection – Choose your admission category from the dropdown list.

Step 10 Educational details – Fill your educational details.

Step 11 Entrance details – For Only Indian Students, CUET Details are mandatory

**Important Note for the Indian Students who are currently filling the admission application form of Gokhale
Institute of Politics and Economics before the declaration of result of CUET PG/UG 2025.

a) You would not be able to fill the application form ahead, as you do not have the CUET Application Number
and CUET Score available with you.
b) So, you need to register yourself and fill out the application form till this stage / STEP 10 only.
c) Please keep your login credentials saved on your email / write it in your diary.
d) Application form of Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics will be available until the result declaration
of CUET Examination to allow all applicants to enter their valid CUET Credentials in their respective GIPE
admission application form.
e) Once the NTA declares the result of CUET Examination 2025 you may enter the details and complete the
application form by paying the requisite amount of application fees.
f) Do Not put any wrong details of CUET in hurry and which may lead to the disqualification of the application
form.

Step 12. Upload documents – Upload required documents as specified in the mandatory fields of the form. (E.g.
Category selection, qualifying degrees’ certificates and different quotas)

Step 13 Declaration - Read carefully and click Next.

Step 14. Review and Submit – Review your admission form and click on Next.

Step 15 Make payment – click on “Online Payment” then click on Submit.

To make payment, click on “Proceed to Online Payment”, then you will be redirected to payment Page.

Note: Without payment form is not submitted.
