“We are not a Team because we work together. We are a team
because, we respect, trust, and care for each other “as
Valaalfshar said.Team building brings people together by
encouraging collaboration and teamwork. This is to create a
strong team through forming bonds and connections. As teachers
it is highly commendable to have this activity annually. This is to
motivate, inspire and learn new things and ideas that will surely
have great impact in their lives as teachers. Also team building in
every companies or organization helps a lot in the wellness of
every member and can add spices in the hustle bustle life of a
teacher.

To motivate teachers to work together, to develop their strengths and to
address weaknesses.
