In continuation of this Institute's Notice of even no. dated 22.01.2025, the Applicant applied
against the posts of Scientist/Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist advertised vide this Institute's
Advertisement No. IITR/2/2023 are informed that after resolving all the errors / objections received
related to the applications for the said posts, the Final List of Shortlisted applicants is being
published (attached) on the basis of the recommendations of the Screening Committees.

2. All errors / objections related to the post of posts of Scientist/Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist
advertised vide this Institute's Advertisement No. IITR/2/2023 stands disposed of and further no
objections will be entertained.

3. For Post Code PC-03 (EWS) and PC-06 (SC), only two candidates meet the eligibility criteria set by
the Screening Committee, for post code PC-07 {UR-PwBD(H/H)} no applications were received by
CSIR-IITR, and for Post Code PC-10(UR) and PC-11(UR) no candidates meet the screening
criteria.

4. In view of above, the Recruitment and Assessment Board, CSIR has recommended that minimum
number of candidates to be shortlisted by the Screening Committee for interview for each post
should not be less than 03. As a result, the interview for Post Codes PC-03(EWS), PC-06(SC), PC-
10(UR), and PC-11(UR) will not be conducted in such cases.

5. It is hereby informed to all the Shortlisted applicants that the Interview for different post codes will be
held on 04th March 2025, 05th March 2025 and 07th March 2025 at CSIR-IITR, Lucknow (details
below).
