PREFACE
This lab report is a comprehensive documentation of my on-the-job
training (OJT) experience, undertaken as part of the academic
requirements for Class 11 in Computer Engineering at Bhanudaya
Model Secondary School.
The report details the tasks, learning outcomes, and practical
applications I encountered during the training. Through this
experience, I have gained a deeper understanding of the theoretical
concepts taught in the classroom and their relevance in real-world
scenarios.
I am deeply grateful to my school, Bhanudaya Model Secondary
School, for providing me with this opportunity to enhance my
knowledge and skills in computer engineering. My heartfelt
appreciation also goes to my mentors, both at the training site and
school, for their guidance and support throughout this journey.
This report reflects my sincere efforts to document and analyze my
learning process during the OJT, which I believe will be a cornerstone
in my academic and professional development.

INTRODUCTION
On-the-Job Training (OJT) is a practical learning experience that
helps students apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings.
Through OJT, students develop hands-on skills, learn to handle job-
related tasks, and build important workplace qualities like
communication and problem-solving. This type of training bridges the
gap between classroom theory and professional practice, preparing
students for future careers.
OJT also boosts confidence and adaptability by exposing students to
real job challenges and providing feedback from mentors. This
experience not only enhances technical skills but also familiarizes
students with industry standards, making them better equipped for
their future careers.

The projects which I have done during the OJT are as follows:
• Developed a responsive website of school with the help of
teacher and friends.
• Opened computer case and repaired many computers in the
computer lab.
• Installed a SSD (Solid State Drive) in a computer.
• Made a normal pendrive into bootable pendrive.
• Installed window 10 in a computer hard drive.
• Installed RAM (Random Access Memory) in a computer
motherboard.

The OJT program is really good experience for all the students. It
gives us the opportunity to deepen my understanding of computer
engineering through hands-on projects and collaboration. Working
closely with my teachers and peers, I was able to develop practical
skills that complemented my academic learning. The training involved
engaging in various tasks, from coding and web development to
problem-solving and teamwork.
The experience was invaluable as it allowed me to apply theoretical
knowledge to real-world scenarios, helping me better grasp the
technical and soft skills needed in the field. Collaborating with friends
and receiving guidance from my teachers fostered an environment of
support and continuous learning. This OJT not only boosted my
confidence but also prepared me for future challenges in my career,

CONCLUSION
My On-the-Job Training (OJT) at Bhanudaya Model Secondary
School was an enriching experience that provided valuable hands-on
learning opportunities. Throughout the training period, I had the
chance to work on a variety of tasks, including hardware repair,
website development, and other technical projects. These activities
not only enhanced my practical skills but also reinforced my
understanding of theoretical concepts in computer engineering.
The process of repairing hardware improved my problem-solving
abilities and technical expertise, while developing the school website
gave me experience in coding, design, and project management. The
diverse nature of the OJT activities taught me to adapt to different
