HW Writing Task 1 How Recycled Paper is Made

The diagram outlines the four stages of recycled paper production, starting with the creation of pulp from used paper and concluding with new recycled paper. The process involves breaking down old papers, filtering contaminants, cleaning the pulp, and removing excess water through heating. The final product is wound into rolls of recycled paper, ready for reuse.

The diagram illustrates various stages involved in the process of making recycled

paper.

It is clear that there are four distinct stages in this procedure, beginning with the
production of pulp from used paper and ending with the product of new recycled
paper.

At the first stage in the process, old papers are respectively carried on the conveyor
belt and then mixed with water and chemicals, in order to break the paper down
into separate paper fibers. The resulting mixture then undergoes the filtration
process to remove contaminants.

In the third step shown on the diagram, the mixed liquid containing water, soap
and chemical substances are used to clean the filtered pulp, eliminating the inks
and dyes on it. Following the cleaning stage, the pulp passes through the massive
rollers with intense heating, which squeeze out excess water from the previous
stage. Finally, the dried paper is wound into rolls of recycled paper, and the cycle
continues.
