Appropriation in art is the use of pre-existing objects or
images with little or no transformation applied to them. In
other words, it is a recreation of a classic or famous piece
of painting or sculpture with the use of photography.

original painting/ sculpture
and the 2nd picture is of the
student;
2. Details of both the chosen
art piece and the student’s
picture should be included:
title, artist, medium, & date.

recognizable; Editing is not prohibited
