Present: Sh. A.S. Virk, counsel for plaintiff.
Defendant no.1 exparte vod 08.09.2022.
Sh. Mandeep Singh, counsel for defendant no.2.
Sh. Rajnish Mandhan, counsel for defendant no.3.
Sh. Rajesh Kumar Mehla, counsel for applicant/defendant no.1.

Today the case was fixed rebuttal evidence. However, in the

meanwhile the applicant/defendant no.1 filed an application on dated

05.07.2024 for setting aside the exparte order dated 08.09.2022 passed

against defendant no.1, the reply of which is pending. Learned counsel

for plaintiff requested for adjournment for filing reply. Heard. Allowed.

Now to come on 02.08.2024 for filing reply to the above said application

by the plaintiff.
