FORMULARY FOR PORTFOLIO DAY

Host: May I request everyone to please gather at the Quadrangle because we are about to start our
program, again, may I request everyone to please gather at the Quadrangle because we are about to
start our program, thank you.

Host: Good morning Carayman National Highschool! Welcome to the Third Quarter’s Portfolio Day. I
am your host {Insert Name} and I am excited and I know that you are also excited to see the
creativity of the students be presented through their different works and portfolios as well as
recognizing greatness through the academic honors of selected students who have worked hard to
earn that achievement through their own efforts.

Host: To formally start this event, may I request everyone to pay attention as we are about to sing our
national anthem followed by an invocation, to be followed by singing the district hymn and school
hymn.

Host: At this point, we all want to know if all of the students from all grade levels are present in
today’s event. Let us start from Grade 7- Avelino, Grade 7-Nijaga, Grade 7- Rosales. Let me hear
the voices of Grade 8- Alibangbang, what about Grade 8- Kuratsa. We can’t forget about Grade 9-
Island Pawikan, what about Grade 9-Daraga? And now let me hear the voices from Grade 10-
Bagacay, next from Grade 10- Malajog. And now, we would like to hear from the Grade 11-
Tarangban, and finally, students from Grade 12, let me hear your voices.

Host: It seems like all almost all students from each grade level are all accounted for. At this point we
would like to introduce to you Mr. Christopher D. Salino, principal of Carayman National Highschool
to give his welcome message. Let us give him a round of applause please.

WELCOME MESSAGE

Host: Thank you, Sir, for your motivational and encouraging message. At this juncture, let us move
onto the main event of this program, the awarding of Academic excellence for students who have
performed admirably to reach the top of their class. In my hands are the names of each student who
have rightfully received this achievement. When your names are called, please make your way to the
stage. Let us start with the Grade 7 students…..

Host: Congratulations Grade 7 students for your efforts and performance it is deserved that you have
reached this far. Let us once again give a resounding round of applause to the Grade 7 students
Host: For the Grade 8 students who have received the academic excellence awards…

Host: Congratulations Grade 8 students for your efforts and performance it is deserved that you have
reached this far. Let us once again give a resounding round of applause to the Grade 8 students
Host: And now for the Grade 9 students…

Host: Congratulations Grade 9 students for your efforts and performance it is deserved that you have
reached this far. Let us once again give a resounding round of applause to the Grade 9 students
Host: At this point, let us move forward to the awardees of the Grade 10 students…

Host: Congratulations Grade 10 students for your efforts and performance that made you reached
this far. Let us give them a resounding round of applause.
Host: Let us move on to the Senior High School Department. Starting with the Grade 11 students

Host: Congratulations Grade 11 students for your efforts and performance it is deserved that you
have reached this far. Let us once again give a resounding round of applause to the Grade 11
students
Host: And finally, let us call the names of the students from Grade 12 that displayed the highest
performance of academic excellence.

Host: Once again, congratulations students from Grade 12 for your efforts and performance that
have brought you to where you are today. Let us once again give a resounding round of applause to
the Grade 12 students.
Host: At this point in our program, we would like to present to you an intermission number to be
performed by {Insert Name and Grade level}. Let us give them a round of applause.

Host: Thank you {Insert Name} for that wonderful performance, truly an inspiration and awe
dropping performance. Once again let us give them a round of applause.
Host: And now, continuing our program, may we call on Mrs. Nora G. Capetillo- Calbayog 1 PSDS
for her Inspirational Message, a round of applause please.

Host: Thank you, ma’am, for your inspiring message, and now let us move onward to the awarding of
honors.

HRPTA MEETING CUM RELEASE OF PROGRESS REPORT CARDS/ AWARDING OF HONORS

Host: Congratulations to those who received individual honors, proof that your efforts were well paid
off for the achievements that you have gained today.
Host: And now, we will move on towards the final part of our program, the Portfolio Exhibit where we
different portfolios will be showcased and evaluated. Afterwards, will be the declaration of the winners
of the Portfolio exhibit.

Host: Congratulations {Winner}, for your portfolio was recognized as the best one in the whole
exhibit. Once again, let’s give it up for the {Winner}.
Host: And that concludes the end of the program, we hope that you have enjoyed this event and its
different programs. Once again, I am your host {Insert Name} thank you hand have a splendid day
ahead of you.
