Intonation (Rise and fall of speaking ,in other words the rhythm)
Stress
Tone
Body language
Pause
Lets watch this Youtube Video !

In the first part ,you will listen and read what he is saying
Second part ,After each sentence there will be pause and you have
to imitate (copy) what he said
Listen to what he is saying without a pause
English idioms used a general conversation.
