This manual is designed to guide you through the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of
your N32B MIDI Controller. Follow these instructions to maximize the functionality and

The N32B MIDI Controller features 32 potentiometer knobs, 2 buttons, a 3-digit 7-segment
display, TRS MIDI I/O, and USB-C connectivity, offering versatile control for your music
production setup.
Getting Started
Initial Setup
The N32B MIDI Controller can be powered by connecting it to a computer, a wall outlet with
a 5V USB output, or any device with a 5V USB output using the USB-C cable provided.
Basic Operations
Preset Selection
Enter Preset Selection Mode by holding the lower button for 2 seconds. Navigate through
presets using the Up/Down buttons.
Sending Snapshot
To send the current knobs state, hold the lower button for 2 seconds to enter Preset
Selection Mode, release the button, and then hold it again for 2 seconds to send the
snapshot. Additionally, you can initiate a snapshot through a SysEx command. Detailed

Advanced Configuration
Managing Presets
With support for up to 3 quick presets and unlimited storage via the web editor, manage your
device's presets easily for various setups and performances. Export and import presets to
and from your computer for backup and sharing.
Firmware Update
Update your N32B MIDI Controller to the latest firmware using the "Firmware Updater"
software available at our website. This ensures your device operates with the latest features
and improvements.
Troubleshooting
Device Not Recognized: Ensure you are using the DATA-capable USB-C cable provided. If
issues persist, try different USB ports or connect directly to your computer, avoiding USB
hubs.
Device Not Powering On: Verify the USB connection with another port or cable.
Please note that kits are not covered by the warranty after assembly.
If the device needs to be opened, it must be done by qualified personnel. Always disconnect
the USB cable before opening. Unauthorized opening voids the warranty.
Clean with a soft towel or brush. Do not use cleaning liquids or water.
