Anna: Wait, wait… parang kulang pa! One more time—ARE YOU READY,
SPARTANS?!

GJ: Yan ang energy! Today, we’re in for a ride—filled with fun, competition, and many
surprises!

Anna: Let us, ladies and gentlemen, join together in reverence for our Creator God by
singing a doxology and, with great pride, singing our national anthem.

Invocation:
(A solemn moment as the audio-video presentation for the invocation plays. The hosts

Introductory of Hosts and Opening Remarks of Gov. Jhim:

GJ: Greetings CAHpamilya! Greetings mga Ka-Spartans. This is CAHFIESTAHAN 2025

ang PIYESTA NG PAMILYANG PILIPINO!!

Anna: We could not be any grateful to be your masters of the ceremony for this
prestigious event. I am Anna Alyssandra Lusoc, from Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science.
GJ: And I am GJ Emmanuel Diaz, from Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. And that is
indeed right. After strenuous activities and ganaps natin sa buhay, we are here to
celebrate the long-awaited CAHFIESTAHAN 2025.

Anna: Tama ka partner, ako nga medyo stressed na rin sa ganaps and everything, but
fortunate naman that we have something to celebrate. Thanks to the Dean of College of
Arts and Humanities, Atty. Rhodel S. Magrata.

GJ: Of course, to our College of Arts and Humanities - Student Government, headed by
its governor, Jhimuel Avellanosa, its adviser, Sir Tristan Derek Deles, and of course, to
the rest of the team.

Anna: Siyempre, to our hardworking organizations from the Bachelor of Arts in

Communication, Bachelor of Arts in Philippine Studies, Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and Bachelor of Science in Social Work.

GJ: And of course, we cannot forget our ever-supportive students and faculty for being
present. Tunay nga na kung wala ang suporta ninyo, hindi magiging posible ang ating
pagdiriwang ngayong umaga.

Anna: Partner, wag na natin pahabain pa ang pag-aantay, may we have an opening
remarks from the Governor of College of Arts and Humanities, no other than Governor
Jhimuel Avellanosa. Let us give him a big round of applause.

(After kay Gov. Jhim diretso kay Dean Magrata)

GJ: Thank you very much for that warm opening remarks, Governor Jhimuel
Avellanosa. At this moment, let us have a message from our ever-supportive dean of
the College of Arts and Humanities, Atty. Rhodel S. Magrata. Let us give him a big
round of applause.

GJ: (Maybe add something from their speeches) That was truly inspiring! But Anna, feel

Anna: Oh, I know what you mean! It’s time to sit back, relax, and enjoy some nakaka

GJ: Ayan, mukhang pumped up na yung ating audiences. At this moment, let us hear an
inspirational message from the Dean of SAS (put meaning), none other than Dr. Carlos
Salvador. Let us give him a big round of applause.

Anna: Thank you, Dean Salvador! Those words will surely guide us as we enjoy today’s
festivities!

Pagbasag ng Palayok:

Anna: Now, that introductory messages are done, dadako na tayo sa tradisyonal na
paraan ng pagbubukas ng CAHFIESTAHAN 2025 -----Ang Pagbasag ng Palayok.

GJ: (Reads Traditional Rites):

“Ang Palayok ay isang tradisyunal na kagamitan sa Pilipinas na kalimitan ay ginagamit
sa pagluluto. Kilala ito sa kanyang hugis at material na gawa sa luwad. Sa Buwan ng
Sining, ang palayok ay nagiging instrument ng kalinangan, ekspresyon at
pagkadalubhasa sa gawaing luwad. Ito ay naglalarawan ng pag-usbong ng kahusayan,
pagpapakita ng kahalagahan, at pagpapahayag ng kanilang identitad at kultura sa
kanilang mga likha. Mga ideyang isinasapuso ng Kolehiyo ng Sining at Humanidades.”

GJ: Mukhang excited na partner ang ating CAHPAMILYAS! First, may we call on stage
the Vice-Governor of the College of Arts and Humanities – Student Government, VGov.
Kate Ember Manlavi, together with our CAH – CSG adviser, Sir Tristan Derek Deles, to
