This Chicken Mayo Sandwich is ideal for those who enjoy both chicken and
sandwiches. This dish is more intriguing than other sandwiches because we've added a
unique twist to enhance its appearance and flavor. You can place an order with us through
our store or online account. This sandwich is sure to bring you joy as a comforting meal. The
Chicken Mayo Sandwich is budget-friendly, making it accessible for students. It’s also a
healthy option due to the inclusion of vegetables and protein. If you prefer no mayo or
veggies, you can request modifications for a more tailored taste experience.

OBJECTIVES
As a partnership (5 owners), we share equally in the expenses (20%) it goes the same
in our profit (20%), every one of us decided to save it first and when this money grows we
will add this to our budget for us to be able to come up with new products, we make sure that
everyone is doing each of their assigned task to help speed up what we are doing, there's
cutting vegetables, cooking, preparing etc. Our goal is to provide delicious and healthy snack
to our consumer to reach their satisfaction.

PRODUCTION
1. We washed the chicken breast and we boiled the breast for 30 minutes we added
garlic, salt, pepper and laurel leaves. After boiling, we shred the chicken into a smaller piece.

2. After that we sauteed the shredded chicken and added spices such as oyster sauce,
onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.

3. It's done and we transfer it to a clean plate and set it aside.

4. We washed the tomatoes and cabbage, we cut the tomato into circle shape and the
cabbage we just set it apart and didn't cut it

5. We cooked cheese sauce, we put milk (any type) into a hot pan and let it boil, after
it boils we add the greated cheese, mix it slowly until it thickens and it's done.

6. We put mayonnaise, shredded cheese, and cheese sauce into different bowls, and
we prepared the pan loaf, All the ingredients are ready and we will begin to make a sandwich

. 7. First prepare the pan loaf in a one clean plate, put a mayo on top and shredded
cheese, after that put the cabbage followed by the shredded chicken and the cheese sauce on
top after that put the tomato and another pan loaf on top, put it to a sandwich paper and cut it
in half and it done you have your Sandwich Delight!

PRICE LIST
In our starting business we'll be starting to offer just 1 variation only, and if this grows
we may add more variations, our product is called Sandwich Delight it is a pan combined
with shredded chicken, mayo, shredded cheese, tomatoes, cabbage and cheese sauce for only
₱50

We offer add ons such as Ice Tea (₱15), Extra mayo (₱10), extra cheese sauce (₱10)
and we may add more 'add ons' in the future

PLACE:

- when we start a business we want it to be a food stall, because it will be


more convenient for us to move in case there are no more customers to that
particular place, apart from that this food stall is much cheaper than a
rental place with lots of fees that you need to pay every month however If
our business grows that we can afford to rent a place we want to locate it
in front of sm tarlac city so that it will be near to a mall and road it is an
advantage to our business to be noticeable because there are a lot of people
coming to that mall.

ONLINE:

- The online market can be a website or app for ordering cheesy mayo
chicken sandwiches like food panda and grab food, or its own online page
that can select the sandwich for customers to order their food online
without agreeing to visit a physical marketplace and have it delivered
directly to their location.
