The project cost is UGX 27,406,193,613 (Uganda Shillings, Twenty-Seven Billion, Four Hundred
Six Million, One Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand, Six Hundred thirteen only). The contractor has
received 2.6 billion Ugandan shillings as advance payment, we urge the contractor to fulfil his
financial obligation

6.0 CONCLUSION
The project progress is as reflected in this September report. The main works included site
clearance, setting out of the excavation extents, excavation for the foundation and basement,
construction of temporally structures among others.
We have not faced any major challenges so far. We request all parties to fulfill their obligations for
the smooth running of the project.
