RATIONALE:
In organization, a cohesive and well-functioning team is the
cornerstone of success. Team building is crucial in fostering
effective communication, collaboration, and trust among team
members. In recent months, our organization has faced
challenges such as reduced employee morale, communication
breakdowns, and a lack of synergy between departments.
These issues have impacted productivity and overall job
satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES:
 Improve Communication: Enhance open, honest, and effective
communication channels between team members.
 Increase Collaboration: Foster a sense of camaraderie and trust
to improve collaborative efforts on projects.
 Boost Morale: Improve employee morale and motivation by
offering a break from routine work and facilitating personal
connections.
 Enhance Problem-Solving Skills: Encourage creative thinking
and collective problem-solving abilities.
 Foster Leadership Development: Provide opportunities for team
members to demonstrate leadership skills and take initiative.

PROJECT PROPOSAL

RATIONALE:
In today’s interconnected world, global mobility has become a key factor
in the growth and development of individuals, especially young people.
For SK Cambinocot youths, exposure to international opportunities can
significantly enhance their personal development, leadership skills, and
cultural understanding. Many young individuals, particularly in rural areas,
face limited exposure to international perspectives and opportunities.

OBJECTIVES:
 Skill Development: Equip youths with skills such as leadership,
problem-solving, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication
that are essential in today’s globalized world.
 Promote Volunteerism in Local Contexts: Encourage SK youths
to participate in global volunteer projects that can be linked to
community service projects in Barangay Cambinocot.
 Encourage Active Citizenship and Community Responsibility:
Foster a sense of global citizenship and social responsibility among
SK youths, inspiring them to return to their Barangay with a
renewed commitment to improving their local community through
active participation in governance, volunteerism, and social
initiatives.
