There are certain goals when it comes to E-Commerce and some of these are to:
The major goals of e-commerce are to increase sales and revenue by reaching a
wider audience, improve customer experience with a seamless and user-friendly
shopping process, and expand market reach by accessing global markets. It also
aims to build brand awareness through a strong online presence, foster customer
retention with loyalty programs and excellent support, and reduce operational
costs by streamlining tasks. E-commerce platforms focus on offering a diverse
range of products, optimizing mobile users, and leveraging data and analytics to
enhance marketing strategies and sales performance.

Many E-commerce sites face risks like hacking, data breaches, and
payment fraud.
Many websites fail to provide personalized shopping experience based on
user behavior.
The E-commerce market is highly competitive, making it hard for small
businesses to stand out.
Users need a stable internet connection.
Unlike physical stores, online businesses
Issues like delayed shipping, lost packages, and high delivery costs affect
customer satisfaction.
Many customers return products due to wrong sizes, defects, or unmet
expectations, increasing operational costs.
Website can crash, load slowly, or experience bugs, leading to cost sales.
New to less-known websites struggle to gain customer trust due to fears
of scams or fraud.

Users can register and log in by providing basic details like email and password,
with a secure login and password recovery option. They can browse through
product categories, filter products based on criteria like price and brand, and use
a search bar for specific items. Users can add products to their shopping cart,
view the cart details, adjust quantities, and remove items.
The checkout process will allow users to enter their delivery details and review
the order before confirming the purchase. Payment will be securely processed
through popular methods like credit/debit cards or PayPal, using SSL
encryption to ensure secure transactions. After confirming the order, users will
receive an email with the order details and have the ability to track the delivery
status.
