All facade systems mentioned in the BoQ shall be based on approved concept architectural drawings (Plans, elevations & sections) provided by the project
architect, Technical specifications and all relevant Indian & International standards.
Contractor shall carry out detailed site survey to understand the profile available for fixing of facade at no additional cost.
Facade vendor shall design the facade system as per the site survey data, concept drawings given by project architect and the parameters laid in the
technical specification matrix and accordingly shall prepare and submit the shop drawings for approval to owner/owner's consultant & architect.
Facade vendor shall do all necessary changes / modifications in design & shop drawings as per the corrections / modifications given by the owner/owner's
consultant & architect and shall take approval for the design and shop drawings before proceeding for work.
The item rate and scope of the work shall include all associated works like insulations, fire stop, guttering arrangement to drain water; flashings, treating
junctions with concrete and other materials including cost of material etc. all complete as per the approved shop drawing details and as directed by the
owner.
The rate include providing & supplying all hardware like stainless steel screws, EPDM gaskets, backer rod, all required sealants (structural & weather), dash
fasteners, Hot dip galvanized welded MS brackets & framework, scaffolding etc complete as per drawings & technical specifications.
All extruded Mild steel vertical sections shall comply to IS 2062 Grade A and shall be coated with High Performance Low VOC Anticorrosive Protective
Coating system of 280 microns comprising zinc phosphate polyamine epoxy primer of 100 microns each and one top coat of High solids Acrylic
Polyurethane high performance glossy finish paint (Colour as per architect intent) of 80 microns after shot blasting as per SA 2.5 Swedish standards.
All concealed Mild steel sections shall comply to IS 2062 Grade A and Hot Dip Galvanised to minimum 100 microns coating.
All the external/internal visible Aluminium surfaces shall have Super durable Powder coating (Jotun/Akzonobel) of minimum 60 micron confirming to
AAMA 2604. (Shade as per Architect).
The work shall also includes providing & erecting independent double legged Cup- Lock Scaffolding System & MS supports / bracing, all tools & tackles,
equipments & machineries required for the work including shifting & lifting of material, all types of arrangements for necessary safety precautions at site.
The designed facade system should be able to withstand all performance requirements as mentioned in the specifications not limited to thermal stresses,
seismic forces, wind velocity, rain, atmospheric variations and to cover any other stress occurring from natural or man made factors whatsoever condition
etc. with adequate factor of safety to meet relevant IS code and international codal provisions.
Prior to start of work contractor shall submit samples of each item such as extruded sections, sample for anodizing / PVDF / Powder coated showing exact
colour, glass, IGU, Spider fittings, EPDM/ neoprene beading, gaskets, wool pile, backer rod, fittings and fixtures, silicon sealant, etc. for approval from the
Owner/Owner's consultant & architect. The material to be procured for the work shall be as per this approved samples.

Providing all specified finished for aluminium sections, flashings, cover cap etc
All extruded aluminium sections shall be as per specified alloy and shall be free of die marks and other defects.
Bill of Quantities must be read in conjunction with the Technical specifications, Drawings, General Conditions of Contract.
All make of materials, shade, supplier list shall be approved by Employer/ Consultant/ Architect.
Designing the system including galvanised steel sub structure which shall be reviewed and approved by the structural consultant / owner's consultant.
All concealed aluminum surfaces, any extruded aluminium cleats, etc., shall be finished with CHROME FREE pretreatment primer coating.
Smoke seal insulation and fire stop (UL tested 2 hr rated) assembly between the RCC structure and curtain wall at floor level as indicated in the concept
drawings as per the facade consultant material specification.
The Facade system installed and material (Like hardware's, stainless steel fittings, Glass and aluminium alloy along with field water test for water leakage)
tested as per technical matrix shall be guaranteed for 10 years and expected structural stability as 25 years in approved proforma on stamp paper of
appropriate value.
6. Providing Non-Staining & Non-Bleeding weather silicone -Dowsil 991/GE-SCS9000, Structural silicone Dowsil 995/983 from Dow/GE-SSG4000/ GE-SSG
4400 , shade as per architects requirement.
Contractor to co-ordinate with MEP consultant for perimeter sealing of MEP services penetrating through façade work. Vendor to include cost of
performance test per BoQ item, field water test, protection of facade, cleaning and handover of complete facade to owner per technical specifications.
Quoted Rate shall include supply of all approved materials, labour, hardware, all consumables, tools & tackles, equipment's, lead & lift, scaffolding, staging,
platform, cleaning, testing, handover and etc.., complete installation at all Floors and Levels as per the approved drawings and as directed by the
Employer/ Consultant/ Architect.
All above specifications are valid for all the items unless otherwise specified.
System shall be designed as per the design wind pressure and the system must pass the proof test at 1.5 times designed wind pressure without any failure,
permanent deformation.
Rate shall include the strengthening of the aluminum gridwork for the provision of the Signage as advised by the client.
NOTE 1:-Rate shall include strengthening of the Aluminium Grid Work and providing structural connection to mount the client s branding signage as
advised by the client. Rate shall also include coordinating with lighting vendor and making provision for routing lighting cables and installing light fixtures in
the facade work & canopy work.
NOTE1: Mode of Measurement for façade elements shall be only visible elevation areas i.e.. Module centre to centre,End to End for RCC openings. All
flashings @ Jamb level, Cill etc Aluminium sheet/ACP panel, along with All copings, soffits shall not paid extra as they are considered part of the system.
Please Note - Base Rate for ACP (Aluminium composite panel) is INR 1900/Sqm (FOR site) , GST will be extra

The rates quoted against each item in the BOQ shall be deemed to cater for all minor construction details which are not specifically mentioned in the
BOQ, but are fairly and obviously intended and are essential for the full & final completion of the Works (otherwise covered in drawings /
specifications / codes) and it is the responsibility of the Contractor to point out to the Client / PMC about any major constructional details missing details
or gaps/ ambiguities or incorrect information related to the Works, in the Drawings, Specifications and or Bill of Quantities, before providing his offer on
or before the Tender Submission Date .The Successful Contractor is not entitled to make any extra claim on this account.
WT-01 UNITIZED CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM I Straight and Faceted (System+Installation Cost) @ Office Lvls- 3rd to Above Terrace Floor

The framing members provide no structural support for the building and the curtain wall is deemed to be a light weight façade which is intended to
separate the external from the internal of the building and provides natural light into the building. -
The extruded aluminium sections of Alloy 6063 -T6 & tolerances confirming ASTM B221/BS/DIN/EN standards and are designed (for L/240 for DGU and
L/180 for Single glazing or 19mm whichever is less for either case) to withstand a wind pressure of 2.8 Kpa at all levels, elevations and heights.The structural
profiles shall have minimum 2.5mm wall thickness. -
The curtain wall system is designed to have internal drainage system within the extruded sections and suiting to design wind presure as indicated in CTM.

The Curtain wall system shall be glazed with following Performance Insulated Glass. Performance & Shade as per architect.

(a) 32mm Insulated High-Performance glass unit comprising of 8mm HS +16 Air Gap + 8mm FT -
In this system cut to size and fabricated insulated glass units are glazed into the aluminium framing members at factory using structural sealant.

This system shall not have any visible aluminium members from outside except for vertical and horizontal grooves (as indicated in façade tender drawings).

Gaskets are employed as water barrier between the composite mullion, head and sill junctions as indicated in the drawings, which are fully drained in the
event of leakage past the primary seal. -
The external inter-panel gasketry (primary weather seal) to be factory installed to minimize on-site works. -
Adhesive tape shall be of Open PU cell type ±35 - 40 Shore hardness. All the joints horizontal or vertical inside and outside proper sealed with weather
sealants and backer rod during the installation. -
Providing and Fixing Ethylene Propylene Dinine Monomer (EPDM) Gaskets microwave curd as weather strip and barrier to ensure water and air tightness.
EPDM Gaskets shall be manufactured as per ASTM C 864-05/DIN 7863/BS 4255 standards recommended and adopted worldwide.Weather strip shall be
EPDM Gaskets with Hardness Shore A with a typical value of not less than 70 ± 5, ultimate tensile strength of 7.5 Mpa (Min) and Elongation at Break 200% -
(Min).

Option-02: Supply and fixing of a continuous tested perimeter barrier protection as an integral component of the exterior wall systems to prevent the
passage of air leakage and flame propagation from one floor to another floor or from one compartment to another sideway. Providing Wet arcylic based
sprayable Fire-rated joint spray, tested Facade Passive Firestop System to provide minimum 2 hours of fire rating as per Indian Standards ( IS 18190 ) to
seal gap between horizontal slab & curtain wall. The system should comply to the IS 18190 requirements of Movement Rating , Leakage Rating ( L Rating-
which should be less than 1.0 SCFM/LF ) , Integrity Rating ( 2 hours) and Insulation T Rating.The requirements of MOVEMENT Capability mentioned in IS
18190 are of Thermal ( min 500 cyvles ) , Wind Sway ( min 500 cycles ) , Seismic( min 100 cycles ) and combined ( min 100 cycles ) should be met by the
product . The requirement s of same sample should be tested first for Movement Rating and then followed for L rating + F Rating + T Rating; as per IS
18190 Test apparatus. The Firestop Documents Submission should have a System Certification with a LOGO of Intertek or UL which is based on ASTM E
2307. ( Intertek/UL labs are the renowned labs who does testing for Passive Firestop Edge of System based on parameters of ASTM E 2307 , IS 18190
Codes) . For projects in India , IS 18190 is the only standard which should be followed and other standards like BS EN1364-4 is not relevant as the
Movement Rating is not tested per BS EN 1364-4. In absense of System Certification of UL/Intertek, EJ shall be submitted as per actual site conditions by
the manufacturer, based in accordance to international firestop council (IFC) and through well qualified professionals..Fire rated joint spray which should
with 3.2 mm wet film thickness with 12.5 mm overlap joint on SAFING material of stone mineral wool 64kg/m3 density which shall be compressed at site -
to achieve additional 33% volume compression of the gap width as per UL /Intertek Certification. Fire Rated Joint Spray has to be enclosed by a top lid of
1.2mm thick mill finished GI floor closure flashing fixed using gas actuated nails and installed over perimeter barrier to avoid any impact load directly on
top of the installed fire stops and also to apply intumescent sealant over GI sheet flashing joint (Dow or approved equivalent).

The Contractor shall submitt the Tested and Listed reports certified by UL/TBW/IFC/ESL or Intertek from the manufacturer along with all material data
sheet matching the said reports for material approval to be used in Firestop assembly. Post approval of material to be used, contractor to submit the
duly stamped drawings from fire stop manufacturers along with draft warranty confirming the performance ( Installation & Firestop assembly) for a
period of 10 years.On-site smoke seal test for workmanship verification shall be carried out for smoke leakage after vendor’s approved inspection report.
(Location selected by consultant/client representative). -
# Slab mounted Aluminium Extruded Serrated brackets as per tender drawings along with aluminum extruded adpator for hooking plate attached to
mullions. -
# All concealed aluminum surfaces any extruded aluminium cleats shall be finished with CHROME-FREE pretreatment primer coating. -
# Exposed exterior Aluminium sheet flashing shall be 2mm thk.finished with Super Durable Powder coating of minimum 60 microns confirming AAMA 2604
standards (Shade as per Architect) matching with external Aluminium profiles. Exposed interior aluminium flashing at Jamb / ceiling closure flashing shall be
2.0mm thk.sheet with Super Durable Powder coated of minimum 60 microns confirming AAMA 2604 standards matching with internal aluminium profiles
(Shade as per architect intent) (as indicated in tender concept drawing).The Aluminium Sheet alloy shall be 3xxx series (Temper-H14/H16) confirming to BS -
1474 or equivalent.
The floor closure flashing shall be provided continuously with 2.0mm thk Solid Aluminium Sheet Flashing closing Gap between transom and building line
wherever required.2.0mm thick Aluminium Sheet flashing shall be finished with Super Durable Powder Coated -minimum 60 microns confirming AAMA
2604 standards (Shade as per Architect) along with 1.2mm Thk GI primary seal and Stonewool insulation of minimum Density of 128Kg/m3 The
Aluminium Sheet alloy shall be 3105 H14/H16 series confirming to BS 1475. -
# The vendor shall include any supports in soffit or parapet/beam area @Head level to anchor curtain wall glazing system to be included in the price.

# Fabrication cutout, holes and notches for lighting, and wiring by coordinating with other agencies as and when required. -

CTM.
6. Providing Dry/Wet Smoke seal and fire stop (UL /Intertek tested 2hr-Fire Rating ) assembly between the RCC structure and curtain wall at floor level.

8. Fabricating and supplying serrated Aluminium Extruded Brackets to accommodate 3 Dimensional movement for achieving perfect verticality and proper
fixing of structural glazing system with the RCC/ masonry/structural steel framework of building structure, using stainless steel (chemical/mechanical)
anchor fasteners/ bolts, Teflon separator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and washers etc. of stainless steel Grade 316, of the required capacity -
and in required numbers.
9. Provision to support lightening conductor onto the curtain wall system from exterior as per lighting consultant /architect/client intent. -
10.Supplying, drilling /cleaning hole and fixing of Torque Controlled Expansion Anchor HST4-R or equivalent, of sizes ranging from M8 to M20. The Anchor
should possess ETA Certificate for use in Cracked Concrete , approved as per Seismic C2 Category and have Fire Resistance values for up to 120 mins
tested in accordance with EAD 330232-01-0601,. CE conformity and FM Approval. The anchor should be pre-assembled M8-M20 (Stainless Steel )as per EN
ISO 4042: 1999, a nut of Strength Class 8 (EN ISO 20898-2:2012) and stainless steel washer (EN ISO 4042:1999). Design of Anchor should be done as per EC2
Part-4 using engineering Software as per actual load data and site conditions as provided by structural consultant and the report to be submitted to the
project manager and design engineer for approval. Anchor shall be driven with the help of HS-SC setting tool ,fixed at right embedment depth as per design
report and activated using SIW 6AT-A22 Impact Wrench with adaptive torque Module to ensure adequate torque as per the given diameter mentioned in -
the ETA. The same must be documented in the form of software generated report and shall be submitted to the project manager at the time of inspection.
Scanning before drilling to be done with PS Scanning tool to avoid rebar hits.
11.The Contractor shall provide curtain wall , having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the facade Tender drawings, as per item
description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. -
12. Providing MS support/ MS Insert (Hot Dip Galvanized-minimum 100 microns) as per design if required. -
13. Rate shall include On-Site Water Test: Onsite test for workmanship verification shall be carried out in stages for water penetration hose test as per
AAMA 501.2 ( Randon loactions selected by consultants /client representative). -
14.Providing and laying Specially formulated Fleeceback 100mil (2.5mm) TPO membrane based FR Grade facade waterproofing, air vapour barrier system
including preparation of surface as required for treatment of facade and Walls etc. consisting following operations: -

Properties : Membrane shall be 100% UV resistance, Ozone resistance according to ASTM D1149 a with Breaking strength of > 1.6 KN, Elongation at break

The perimeter fire barrier joint and spandrel insulation being a part of firestop system shall be tested based on ASTM E2307 and follows IS18190 guidelines,
where the spandrel insulation, such as Siderise CWSI50, Curtainrock 80 (Roxul rockwool) or approved equivalent. The spandrel panel interfacing with the
perimeter barrier smoke seal should be protected for the duration of 120 mins as per required Fire resistance rating. The insulation to be used is of stone
mineral wool in nature and shall be of minimum of 50mm thickness & min 128 kg/m3 density. The spandrel stone mineral wool insulation perofrmance
parameter shall be tested based on ASTM E2874 & all materials used shoud be supported by test reports to assure fire resistance rating as mentioned -
above.

Aluminium outer skin and inner skin should confirm to alloy 3xxx series grade and H22 / H24 temper with minimum mechanical properties as per given
values. The thickness shall be minimum 0.50 mm thickness and PVDF shall be add-on to this thickness. -
Surface of the Composite Panel should be finished with Kynar-500 /Hylar 5000 PVDF based coating (Polyvinylidene Di Fluoride) on the topside with
minimum 35 microns thickness of approved Metallic Colour and a service coating on the reverse side. -
The top coat surface shall comply with the “specification for coated coil for exterior building applications” issued by ECCA (European Coil Coating
Association). The coating shall confirm to AAMA 2605 by double coat double baked process for exterior grade finish. The reverse side of the cladding panel -
surface facing the wall shall have polyester base coating to protect against the possible corrosion problems.
The finished surface shall be protected with a self-adhesive peel off foil with 80 microns thickness (white or black) tested to with stand at least 6 months
exposure to local weather condition without losing the original peel off characteristic or causing stain or other damages on the coated surface of the
aluminium composite panel. If the stain or any damage noticed after peel off by the fabricator, such panel should be replaced with new one of the same -
shade and color, at no extra cost.
The peel off foil should be removed at the time of handing over as may be required by the Site-In-Charge. -
Warranty: The top sheet shall be coated with PVDF coat by continuous coil coating process and shall be of minimum 35 microns thickness of approved
metallic colour passing AAMA 2605 standard for 15 year warranty along with 70% Gloss Retention after 10 Years. -

Design, engineer, furnish, fabricate, package, deliver (to jobsite) and install complete: -
System comprises of extruded aluminium framing members (Vertical & Horizontal) mechanically fixed on to the designed built steel structure/RCC
columns/slabs/beams using Hot dipped galvanized (HDG) bracket of minimum 100 microns as indicated in the tender drawing. -
Fabricated 4mm Thk aluminium composite panel (FR Grade ACP) with grooving and bending along with corner cleats are fixed mechanically on to the

Option-01: Supply and fixing of a continuous tested perimeter barrier protection as an integral component of the exterior wall systems to prevent the
passage of air leakage and flame propagation from one floor to another floor or from one compartment to another sideway, between two separate
occupants or to separate public and non-public spaces vertically & horizontally. The continuous varying gap between the façade and the concrete slab edge
is to be filled with the perimeter barrier compressed as per the manufacturers’ recommendation achieving a minimum 120mins Integrity(F) of 120 min and
Insulation(T) of 120 min, fire resistance period and equivalent to the rating of the floor slab when tested to ASTM E2307 and EN 1364-4 test standard and
also to comply with IS 18190:2023. The thickness of the safing insulation shall be a minimum of 120 mm one-part system with all tested
component(including insulation material). The safing insulation should be stone mineral wool in nature and shall be of a minimum of 64 kg/m3, pre-
compressed at the factory requiring additional compression at site or as per the manufacturer's test data. The product shall have zero VOC content to
maintain environmental hygiene and toxicity. For all unclassified and non-tested joint gaps in accordance with Intertek/UL/ Thomas Bell Wright or
equivalent 3rd party certification, an engineering evaluation must be shared by the manufacturer (with tested products in the referred certificate) and
prepared by qualified personnel based on IFC guidelines. As curtain wall gaps are suscept to component movement during seismic, wind load or
temperature variation, the applied perimeter firestop shall be subjected to precycling movement to minimum of 500 cycles at 30 cycles per minute and
follow the requirements within ASTM E 2307 OR EAD 350141-00-1106. Provide aluminium foil tape (Class O) to be applied at all adjacent butt joints, at the
non-exposed side, on the perimeter joints with CW-FS120 to maintain a seamless connection. The perimeter barrier should be installed using 1mm thick
galvanised zinc-coated steel knife bracket spaced at around 600mm centres or as per the manufacturer's test data & shall be mechanically fixed to the floor -
slab. It is recommended to use 1.2mm thick mill finished GI floor closure flashing installed over perimeter barrier to avoid any impact load directly on top of
the installed fire stops and also to apply intumescent sealant over GI sheet flashing joint (Dow or approved equivalent). Installed perimeter barrier shall be
subjected to audit inspection which shall be certified and approved by the manufacturer.

Firestop installation shall be done by certified & Licensed Accredited Firestop Specialty Contractor or necessary Firestop Installer training provided for
specific project/application to install in accordance with Manufactures guidelines and UL/Intertek system test certificates . Firestop Speciality Contractor
needs to submit work completition certificate along with Site Specific Engineering Judgement & installation report for periodic inspection & maintenance
purpose . Installed perimeter barrier shall be subjected to audit inspection which shall be certified and approved by the manufacturer. The contractor shall
be responsible to provide approved inspection report from the manufacturer during the course of the project covering all floors & elevations. Inspection
related log book shall be maintained, along with signing from responsible person from jobsite and to be submitted as part of post submittal.The system -

duly stamped drawings from fire stop manufacturers along with draft warranty confirming the performance ( Installation & Firestop assembly) for a

Gaskets are employed as water barrier between the aluminum gridwork and the glazed sashframe, which are fully drained in the event of leakage past the
primary seal. The external grooves are covered with application of backer rod with weather sealant of approved make as indicated in the concept drawing. -
The external inter-panel gasketry (primary weather seal) to be factory installed to minimize on-site works. -

aluminium surfaces, any extruded aluminium cleats, etc., shall be finished with CHROME FREE pre-treatment coating. All extruded Mild steel sections shall -
comply to IS 2062 Grade A and Hot Dip Galvanised to minimum 100 microns coating. The fastening materials like Anchors, Nuts, Bolts, Rivets, washers,

Aluminium outer skin and inner skin should confirm to alloy 3xxx series grade and H22 / H24 temper with minimum mechanical properties as per given
values. The thickness shall be minimum 0.50 mm thickness and PVDF shall be add-on to this thickness. -
Surface of the Composite Panel should be finished with Kynar-500 /Hylar 5000 PVDF based coating (Polyvinylidene Di Fluoride) on the topside with
minimum 35 microns thickness of approved Metallic Colour and a service coating on the reverse side. -
The top coat surface shall comply with the “specification for coated coil for exterior building applications” issued by ECCA (European Coil Coating
Association). The coating shall confirm to AAMA 2605 by double coat double baked process for exterior grade finish. The reverse side of the cladding panel
surface facing the wall shall have polyester base coating to protect against the possible corrosion problems. -
The finished surface shall be protected with a self-adhesive peel off foil with 80 microns thickness (white or black) tested to with stand at least 6 months
exposure to local weather condition without losing the original peel off characteristic or causing stain or other damages on the coated surface of the
aluminium composite panel. If the stain or any damage noticed after peel off by the fabricator, such panel should be replaced with new one of the same -
shade and color, at no extra cost.
The peel off foil should be removed at the time of handing over as may be required by the Site-In-Charge. -

extruded Mild steel vertical sections shall comply to IS 2062 Grade A and shall be coated with High Performance Low VOC Anticorrosive Protective Coating
system of 280 microns comprising zinc phosphate polyamine epoxy primer of 100 microns each and one top coat of High solids Acrylic Polyurethane high
performance glossy finish paint (Colour as per architect intent) of 80 microns after shot blasting as per SA 2.5 Swedish standards. -
Surface Preparation:Preparing the structural steel surfaces to ensure complete removal of mill scale by blast cleaning confirming to SA 2.5 Swedish
Standard. Surface should be free of all visible oil, grease, dust, dirt, mill scale, rust, oxides, corrosion products and other foreign matters. The medium of
blasting can be steel shot/grit blasting. -
Primer Coat:Epoxy Primer (Two Coats):Two component high solid, zinc phosphate polyamine epoxy primer complies with Volume Solid of 74 ± 2 % and
minimum weight per ltr of 1.5 Kg/ltr. Touch dry of 1 hr @ 30 deg C, which contributes to LEEDv4 Building Standards and having volatile organic compound
(VOC) less than 250 gm/Ltr. VOC emission should be lower than or equal to 0.5mg/m3(CDPH Method.1.1). With Environment Product Declaration (EPD)
from 3rd party. Performance requirement - At 200 microns the primer product along with topcoat, as a system should meet C4 High environment and
meet as per ISO 12944 -6, Neutral salt spray test as per ISO9227 for 720 hrs. The DFT of 200 microns shall be achieved (100 microns per coat of application). -
Top Protective Finish Coat:Polyurethane Finish Coat ( One Coat ):Two component, acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish coat of specified finish having
minimum volume solids 73 ± 2%,which contributes to LEEDv4 Building Standards and having volatile organic compound (VOC) less than 250 gm/Lt. VOC
emission should be lower than or equal to 0.5mg/m3(CDPH Method.1.1). With Environment Product Declaration (EPD) from 3rd Party. The DFT 80 of
microns shall be achieved in single coat. -

incorporated in the shop drawings provided by the facade vendor.The first band of restraints should be no higher than 40m above ground level, with
subsequent bands no more than 20m apart as per BS EN 1808: 2015 Standards to prevent any undue sway of the cradle when in use.
